Here's how to turn on and off logging to aid with debugging.
Step 1. Load the registry file.
This will turn on Yahoo! Sellers Manager logging.
Step 2. Start Yahoo! Sellers Manager.
Step 3. In the pop-up box, click "Yes" to refresh.
Step 4. Try to submit an item.
Step 5. Close Yahoo! Sellers Manager after getting the error.
Step 6. Look on your C: Drive for some files that begin with "YSM_*".
There should be 6 to 10 small files. Send these files to:
YAuctionsTechSMT@yahoogroups.com
Step 7.Once again Load the registry file.
This will turn off Yahoo! Sellers Manager logging.
