Yes! Yahoo! Auctions is completely free, and charges no fees for any of its services. We made the site free on June 6, 2005.

You won't be charged a thing, even if you have an old version of the Seller Manager which tells you otherwise. But, if the Seller Manager still shows that you will be charged, you can fix this problem by doing one of two things:
- After the first time you sell a new item, the Seller Manager should automatically update its "fee schedule", which will fix this problem.
- You can also perform a "maintenance refresh". From the Seller Manager, click the "File" menu, and click "Maintenance".
-
First, follow these steps:
- From the front page of auctions, click the "My Auctions" link below the blue search bar.
- In the lower left hand corner in the "Options" section, click the PayPal link.
- Type your PayPal account id, and then confirm it by re-typing it.
- Check the enable radio button.
- Click "update".
- If you're using the Sell Stuff page, check the "Accepts Paypal" box under Payment Options.
- If you're uploading a CSV file to the Bulk Loader, add a column called "enablePP", and set it to 1 for each auction.
- If you're using the Yahoo! Seller Manager, please see the FAQ question on enabling PayPal in YSM.
-
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Sell Stuff page, and browse to the category where you want to submit your auction.
- Check the PayPal payment method check box.
- Fill in the other values.
- Check the "remember my selections" checkbox.
- Submit the auction.
