Step 2: Let's list an Item!
If you find a category that matches your item, click the "Submit Item" button on the upper right side of the Category page. You will be taken to the "Submit an Item" page.
Using the example on right, please enter the required information about the item you wish to list. If you have a photo of your item, you can include it in your listing.
1. Add Photos: We strongly recommend that you upload a photo of your item. It is much easier to have a successful auction if the bidder can actually see the item's condition. You can upload up to 3 photos for a single auction. Please note that you cannot delete an uploaded photo. Also note that you cannot upload a photo later.
2. Title: Please include a brief and thoughtful title that accurately describes the item you are selling. An easy to understand title means that that item will be easy to find for bidders.
3. Description: Please describe the product in detail. When you obtained the item, the condition of the item, where you obtained the item are some of the information that you can write here. The more detailed you information is, the more confidence the bidder has for the condition of the item. You can use HTML tags to change the font face, font color, etc. to make your description more vivid and lively.
4. Sales Policies: Choose the type of payment that you can accept: Bank deposit, postal money order, cash, COD or credit cards. You can select multiple types.
5. Shipping Options: Choose whether you pay shipping or the buyer pays shipping.
6. Shiptime: Choose the shiptime (upon Receipt of Payment or ships on Auction Close).
7. Shipping: Choose if you are able to ship internationally.
8. Quantity of Item: If there are more than one of the same item, and you would like to sell them individually, please enter the quantity to be sold (in this case there may be several buyers). If you want to sell them in a single auction, note in the description that you are selling several identical items togther, and list the Quanity as 1 (there will always be only one buyer).
9. Starting Price: Please enter the price that will be used to start the auction.
10. Length of Auction: Please select the duration of the auction in days.
11. Auto Extension: The auction closing time can be automatically extended for 5 minutes if a bid is placed 5 minutes before the posted closing time. Please select this option if you would like to enable Auto Extension.
12. Allow Early Close?: If you are is satisfied with the current High Bid, and wish to sell the item to the current High Bidder as soon as possible, you can close the auction before the posted closing time when this option is set. Please select this option if you would like to enable Early Close.
13. Reserve Price: Please enter the Reserve Price (the minimum price you wish to sell the item for). Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the close of auction, the system will boost the start price to reflect the reserve price if the bidding activity has not reached the reserve price at that time, and the High Bidder information will be reset.
14. Buy Price: If a bid is placed that matches or exceeds this price, the item is closed immediately to that bidder. Please select this option if you would like to enable Buy Price.
15. Closing Time: Please enter the time that you would like to close the auction.
16. Auto Resubmit: Please select the number of times you would like to resubmit this item if the auction closes without a winning bid.
17. Confirm: After entering the necessary information, click on the "Continue" button. Check your item information again, and click on "Submit your Auction".
